This 12-week intern project was reimagining Qualtrics Survey Builder workflow. The goal was to move away from a complex, tool-heavy builder towards a radically simplified, conversational experience for new and less-experienced users.
Throughout the project, I was challenged to integrate AI tools into my design process, from research synthesis to concept exploration and prototyping.

I was tasked with designing and validating high-fidelity prototypes for a streamlined survey creation workflow while strategically integrating AI tools throughout the design process. To stay organized and ensure progress, I structured my work into five distinct phases:
